Great application, but still having trouble downloading re-downloading OALD8 and/or OALD9
This is by far the most useful dictionary out there for learners of English and for anyone who wants a clear và accurate understanding of lexical meaning regarding the English language. The design is fantastic và the varied uses exhaustive, along with other great features like the phonetic variants of NAmE & British pronunciations. I am still having trouble with downloading the dictionaries also. I am currently located in đài loan trung quốc and even with a VPN, I am having trouble downloading it. I thought it may have been a server issue due to my location, but I don’t think it may be that because I was able to download the dictionary for the Oxford Learner’s Dictionary for Academic English. I am currently a TEFL teacher & this dictionary has been of great use lớn me. It would be great khổng lồ have it available for complete use ASAP when your team updates this so that there aren’t any troubles re-downloading the dictionaries. Thanks!

Oxford Advance Learner’s Dictionary (OALD) is the essential app for anyone learning English. English is my second language; naturally, I have foreign accents. I use this app to ditch my accents. I especially like the two audio pronunciations, British and Native American, so I can compare them. Also, I LOVE the audio sentences; they are the precious treasures which I’ve ever found to lớn become a native speaker; I listen to them, paying attention khổng lồ the cadence lớn their speeches and then with my fingertip I touch the words which I have been mispronouncing them and practice pronunciations with this ứng dụng until my foreign accents have been supplanted with native accents.... Great dictionary but...
The ứng dụng used to mở cửa to the OALD tab, the tìm kiếm part, but after the latest update when I run the ứng dụng it starts with the Catalogue tab, which is kind of annoying since I use the dictionary quite often on a daily basis. Please change it back lớn the previous mode.Update: Removed the app and installed it again. It fixed the problem but my Favorites are gone.
